Who are we – the Conversational A.I. Team?
CAI stands for Conversational Artificial Intelligence. The CAI team within the DIXD (Digital Interaction and Experience Design) department is the single point of contact within the Allianz Group, when it comes to A.I. based services. The core purpose of the CAI unit is to shape future customer care processes using A.I. based intelligent services like “VoiceBOTs and/or Chatbot”.
Out team designs, delivers, and runs Voice- & Chatbots for Allianz entities worldwide. Meaning
• we shape ideas how customer processes could be automated (using Voice-/Chatbots)
• we design implementation projects and offer them to Allianz entities worldwide
• we drive implementation projects and bring the desired Voice-/Chatbot to market readiness
• we ensure 24/7 operations of the final Voice-/Chatbots via our operations team

The VoiceBot team is currently building up a global team of expert’s driving design, implementation, and operations. We are a very young team, located in Munich (Germany) and Barcelona (Spain) plus an operational site in Trivandrum (India).

Job Summary
You, as the future CAI Sales Manager will have the opportunity to shape international Voice-/Chatbot opportunities and projects. As the CAI Sales Manager, you will have the freedom to work completely self-organized. In a cross-cultural team, it will be fun to work with the CAI team members (internal and external resources) to win over implementation projects.
Your responsibility is to introduce the topic of Conversational A.I. to Allianz decision takers worldwide. You will have the opportunity to exchange / brainstorm how CAI based services (Chat-/VoiceBOTs) could drive automation of customer care processes. In your sales role, you will be responsible for pulling together convincing pitch documents to present Conversational A.I. based automation opportunities and present the sales story, mainly in conjunction with the CAI unit head, to various Allianz parties.
You will keep contact to the local Allianz entities and follow up the discussed sales opportunities until a final decision has been taken. In conjunction with the technical development squad, you will estimate implementation efforts for the demanded automation-solution, prepare a project cost-estimation and present/explain the cost-side to the demanding local entities.



Duties & Responsibilities:

• Introduce CAI product / projects to Allianz entities (local management teams)

• Drive and lead CAI acquisition activities within the Allianz Group

• Design appealing sales documents (PPT / Excel) and present the CAI sales story to decision takers of various Allianz entities worldwide

• Pitch CAI use cases to Allianz entities in close collaboration and alignment with the unit leader and the development team.

• Create / calculate CAI offers and present them to local AZ entities (Management Level) worldwide

• After a project approval has been given, finalize a project agreement

• Design the relevant project set-up (organization, processes, attendees, …)

• Ensure successful stakeholder communication, facilitating communication amongst all parties as necessary


Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed your studies in the field of business administration, economics, or a comparable course of study, preferably with a focus on marketing or an apprenticeship with relevant professional experience

• Through at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, you have gained solid practical knowledge in marketing and/or sales, preferably with a focus on IT solutions

• You have a high implementation competency, operational passion, and a creative way of thinking to follow innovative ways in marketing and you are close to the customer

• Ability to work on own initiatives

• Willingness to operate in a highly matrixed organization with stakeholders at Corporate, Regional & Local Business and Group Functions level

• Able to evidence success/pipeline management/sales secured – you have pleasure in being a new business hunter

• Good presentation skills

• Dynamic & driven with a can-do attitude

• You have a strong ability to communicate, inspire, and inform colleagues and other teams
• Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment
• Beneficial: Experience working with projects related to Voicebots or Chatbots
• Willingness to travel internationally

• Languages: o excellent command of verbal and written English o German is a plus o Spanish is a plus
