  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Operationalize the IT architecture~crlf~##Define, implement and maintain the IT architecture target picture to accelerate Allianz' future strategy and opportunities~crlf~##As a IT Architect / Senior DevOps Engineer (m/d/f) you are responsible for ensuring that our runtimes services are free of defects, running stable while keeping up with the frequent evolution of container runtime technology.~crlf~##In close collaboration with the Squad Lead you are responsible to find the right balance to evolve the platform while keeping maintenance efforts low. You will have a close eye on technical debt and encourage the team to use potential for automation to minimize run costs.

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##Practical experience in automation for self-service, cloud native application and platform architectures, preferably with Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, and OpenShift~crlf~##Combination of strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to handle high complexity~crlf~##Independent and accurate working method, even under high time pressure~crlf~##Automation to solve "day2 concerns" (e.g. zero-downtime deployments, high availability, capacity planning) is your daily business~crlf~##Ability to become proficient in technological challenges, lead technology discussions and have a strong ability to communicate with stakeholders at senior management level~crlf~##Strong social skills to influence decisions in intercultural teams ~crlf~##Proven track record in global rollouts of cutting edge technology~crlf~##Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information ~crlf~##Role model character with talent to drive new ideas and take new perspectives to challenge existing solutions
