Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist (f/m/d)

As the Internal Communications & Engagement Associate, you will plan, deliver and drive clarity and awareness for campaigns across the organization that connect our colleagues, help create a culture of transparency, and information sharing which makes our employees feel informed, empowered, and excited.

Your RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively identify, develop and deliver accurate, clear, and compelling internal communications material
  • Create engaging campaigns spanning all corporate activities in a timely way
  • Prepare thoughtful, high-quality, and error-free content on behalf of teams, managers, and departments throughout the company, to be published through our existing platforms
  • Draft, produce, and distribute regular newsletters and update our company intranet. This includes handling complex amounts of information and distilling them into compelling and easy-to-understand messages
  • Managing internal channels by creating and posting content, maintaining editorial calendars, researching, and developing new ways to engage your audiences
  • Event and meeting coordination

 

Our REQUIREMENTS:

  • You have a highly structured and organized way of working with the ability to prioritize
  • You are energized by working in a hands-on environment where you have experience developing and delivering creative end-to-end communications
  • You are fluent in written and oral English with the confidence to communicate in an international environment
  • Your written communication style is warm, empathetic, and engaging with the ability to reflect our company culture and personality
  • You have a knack for storytelling with a strong sense for target audiences and media-appropriate copywriting
  • Good eye for detail and eagerness to design modern and creative communication material and aesthetically pleasing slides and graphics.
  • An inquisitive mindset with an ability to grasp basic concepts and carry on topics in a clear, simple, and concise manner
  • You are proficient with technology and enthusiastic to learn new tools. You are familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft PowerPoint). A bonus if you are familiar with company-wide intranet(s) (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
  • Ideally, you have a degree with a business and/or media focus, or relevant work experience in communication, internal marketing, and/or new media

Start date: by arrangement | Regular working hours: 38.5 | Usual place of work: Vienna

Salary: from EUR 50.000.- -gross per year (a higher salary could be considered depending on the specific qualifications, experience and skills)
