Allianz Future Lab, Allianz Team dedicated to Products and Channels innovation, is looking for a Junior Innovation Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Analysis and comparison of insurance products and services potentially relevant for innovation in RETAIL and PMI segments
•    Evaluation of partnership opportunities for the creation of value-added insurance offers
•    Evaluation of insurtech solutions enabling new product concepts
•    Design of innovative insurance products
•    Distribution Channels/Process innovation
•    Implementation of innovation projects (e.g. support to technical development, pricing, market research, process design, UX design, trade marketing, business cases)

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

•    Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Management Engineering/ Statistics/Physics/ Math
•    Master in Marketing/Innovation would be a plus
•    Experience (e.g. 1-2 years) as Junior Product Manager or equivalent
•    Curiosity/Proactive attitude
•    Analytical Skills/Problem Solving
•    Results driven team player
•    Advanced knowledge of Excel e PowerPoint, attitude to data and information research through digital/web sources
•    Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
