We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented HR Communications Specialist (f/m/d). The position is based in either our Frankfurt or Munich office. This is a fixed term contract for 24 months.


Within this exciting role, you will be part of the Global HR team which is located across Asia, Europe & US. You will work in an agile environment offering plenty of opportunities to develop technically and personally. Depending on the seniority and the previous experiences of the candidate, the scope and the responsibilities can be broadened.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise and collaborate with all HR functions, the global communications function as well as other functions to develop cohesive communication plans for all HR topics
  • Ensure meaningful, internal HR communication across the globe through a variety of channels that “speaks with one voice”
  • Contribute to a strong employee experience of HR by consulting on content and tone of HR messaging
  • Work with a broad range of communication channels – intranet, internet, newsletters, video, brochures, etc. to steer BAU HR communication
  • Manage relevant Employer Branding channels to tell our stories and contribute to attract and retain talents (incl. maintenance of career pages and social media platforms)
  • Maintain career pages, social media platforms and responses to comments on Kununu and Glassdoor
  • Support projects such as the I&D report and provide HR input to the AllianzGI Sustainability report

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • Excellent university degree in Communications, Journalism, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or lated field of study with strong focus on communication
  • Ideally 4-8+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); English at mother tongue proficiency is preferred, further language skills are a plus (German)
  • Shown experience with (internal) communications, ideally within storytelling including the ability to adapt communication to a wide range of audience
  • Proven ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative insights to take evidence-based action
  • Outstanding relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to bridge silos, “see the larger picture” and connect the dots
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently even under pressure in a dynamic, growing environment
  • High reliability teammate and willingness to take responsibility
