We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented working student for the Fund in Fund Operations teams (f/m/d). This position will be based in our Frankfurt office.

The Fund in Fund Operations team is supporting internal stakeholders and clients with efficient and stable operational processes and responsible for fee and agreement negotiations with 3rd party fund providers for our own AllianzGI portfolios and Group Companies to reduce target fund costs and/or strengthen fund purchasing conditions.

What you will do

• Requests for rebates/cheapest share class analysis
• Update of IT-systems for agreements, conditions
• Static data enquiries etc. (e.g. Ongoing Charges, Management Fees)
• Fee / assets development analysis
• Identification of renegotiation potential
• Check for ESG criteria of target funds
• Sanctions compliance monitoring

What you bring

• Student in economics / banking / business law with excellent results
• Ideally first experience in Asset Management activities
• Excellent skills of business software (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proficiency in English required
