We are looking for you! We are currently looking for a RFP Manager EMEA - Private Markets. Our Global RFP function comprises of three regional RFP teams: EMEA, APAC and US, and a global Content Management team. The Global RFP team plays a meaningful role within our business development processes as more and more potential investors request detailed information as part of the tendering process. The RFP team is responsible for answering these requests to a high standard in several languages and ensures that proposals are tailored to the needs of prospective clients. The EMEA RFP team is located in Frankfurt, London, Munich and Paris and the role can be filled in either of these locations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Write customized, persuasive, and high-quality responses to RFPs and DDQs whilst meeting tight deadlines
  • Build and maintain qualitative sections of various investment consultant databases and Standard RFIs
  • Contribute to the information management process (e.g., maintaining the RFP content management system and tending to an array of statistics and standard information that serve as a basis for the answering of RFPs)
  • Ensure effective cooperation with the numerous internal stakeholders (Management, Distribution, Product Specialists, Subject Matter Experts, etc.)
  • Share ideas and collaborate with global counterparts and the Content Managers to help drive continuous improvement of the team’s efficiency, process, and overall contribution to the business

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience​​​​​​​

  • University degree in business administration, economics, finance or a comparable education
  • Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the investment management industry writing RFPs across multiple distribution channels including sustainable investments
  • Excellent project management skills, strong attention to detail
  • Pronounced expertise in sustainable investments, e.g., Certificate in ESG Investing
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and content library software, ideally Qvidian
  • Excellent English and an additional European language (preferably French, German or Italian)
