We are looking for you! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Business Manager – Finance Operations (f/m/d) to support the Finance Office team. The position is based in our Frankfurt office and is a part-time position (50%).

 

Within this exciting role you will support the Global CFO and the Finance Management team in all day-to-day topics which includes the preparation and coordination of meetings, the preparation of presentations and management decision papers and the proactive monitoring and steering of the financial budget of the Finance function. Furthermore, you will participate in specific projects where the involvement of the Finance Office team is necessary.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate meetings for the CFO and the Finance Management team
  • Support the organization and preparation of Finance Management Team meetings, Finance Leadership Team meetings and offsites
  • Support the preparation of broadcast calls and town halls
  • Support the preparation of presentations and management decision papers
  • Support monitoring the financial budget of the Finance function
  • Oversee the policies and procedures of the Finance function
  • Support on- and off-boarding of team members and external members
  • Design and further develop the Intranet pages representing the Finance function

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

  • At least business apprenticeship with preferably a minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
  • Experienced in project management office activities
  • Positive attitude in particular under challenging environment
  • High level of autonomy and proactivity
  • Capability to analyze and simplify sophisticated processes
  • Excellent prioritization and communication skills and ability to adapt to a wider audience
  • Transversal mentality, ability and experience of working in a global business services environment (i.e. across processes, geographies, languages, cultures, business maturity levels)
  • Proficiency in German and English
