Our applications support a wide set of products for Individual Life and Group Life insurance via different channels. Users include brokers, employers, end-customers as well as back-office people. The application landscape is composed of local custom-built platforms (.NET, Java, Angular, mainframe), local market solutions from leading providers and solutions offered by Allianz Group. Several strategic transformations are planned in the coming years.

We are looking for an IT Functional Analyst with a focus on life-insurance and interest to work in an agile team.

Main tasks:

• Review and detail business requirements and map these to the impacted applications
• Create detailed functional designs
• Coordinate with the technical designers/developers on site and off-shore
• Prepare and execute application tests
• Support user acceptance tests
• Ensure production stability, analyze and follow-up possible incidents

Profile and experience:

• Higher education or equivalent overall experience
• Relevant experience in an analyst role covering functional analysis, design and application testing. As an alternative, the candidate has strong experience in technical design and wants to grow towards a functional designer role.
• Language skills: English + French or Dutch (a good understanding of the third language is useful but no mandatory)
• Experience in life insurance is a plus, strong affinity for IT is a must
• The candidate should be a good listener, well structured, taking care of details. He/she should be proactive, creative and be a team player
