During your journey you’ll discover working in 4 functions in 4 countries across an array of exciting projects. Where you go and what you do is for you to decide with the support of your sponsor and HR. From the moment you join us, your talent will be put to work and you’ll take on real responsibility.
You will benefit from the support and guidance of a global sponsor and local mentors. A senior business leader will accompany you throughout your journey to help you sharpen your skills and realize your full potential. Local mentors will help you identify and set goals as well as support your projects.
You will continue to learn and grow throughout the program and beyond. In addition to the on-the-job learning, you will also have the opportunity to complete three training courses which aim to equip you with the skills and techniques you need to succeed.
Once you have completed the program you will join one of our international entities in a permanent position. You will have the continued support of your sponsor, mentors and HR along the way to help you decide what you want to do! Use the diversity of the program to help shape your career path.
