A DAY IN THE LIFE ~crlf~~crlf~##Answer inbound telephone calls from credit card holders and respond professionally to benefit or claim inquiries.~crlf~##Communicate with professionalism, positivity, and courtesy, making customers feel valued.~crlf~##Accurately enter customer information within established company guidelines.~crlf~##Initiate claims process where applicable by sending claimant the requested forms.~crlf~##Collaborate to assist team members with customer service issues as needed.~crlf~##Perform other duties as assigned.~crlf~

WHAT YOU’LL NEED ~crlf~~crlf~##High school diploma or equivalent diploma.~crlf~##0-1 years of experience in a customer service environment.~crlf~##PC skills: Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.~crlf~##Helping is in your DNA, natural problem-solving skills and willingness to assist anyone in need.~crlf~##Enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile~crlf~##High speed internet~crlf~##Working space free of noise and interruptions~crlf~

This position is remote / virtual (work-from-home).~crlf~All shifts require alternating weekend rotation
