Starting her career with Allianz over twenty years ago, Kylie has embraced a number of career development opportunities that have included frontline customer service and managing premium and credit collection teams, gaining significant insight and experience along the way. Now, as the Head of Business Operations in the Personal Injury division, she has a diverse portfolio that allows her to work across the entire division and provide support to the enterprise on a wide range of issues.

 

"My team consists of specialists in various fields, including claims, back-office administrations including claim lodgement and payments and electronic document management, internal systems, customer service as well as learning and development. The teams leverage data and insights to provide strategic advice to the business and collaborate to ensure we're ultimately supporting our customers in the most efficient and impactful way possible," explained Kylie.

As the Co-Chair of the internal employee network Allianz Pride, Kylie believes it plays an integral part in demonstrating and promoting respect and inclusivity for LGBT+ employees by prioritizing the employee voice and welcoming and celebrating diversity through activities such as social gatherings, learning resources, and employee advocacy.
