A sense of belonging comes from putting our people front and centre, listening to their views and above all else valuing their contribution to make Allianz a great place to work. 

To better support our focus on belonging, we have developed a framework which provides a blueprint for everyone to contribute to and make a positive impact on our collective culture.

The #Belong framework is a leader-led, people-centric approach to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. It incorporates an approach which considers our people’s experiences, needs and aspirations, whilst focusing on the actions and behaviours that imbed inclusion into everything that we do.

Our program of work focuses on the areas of gender equity, cultural diversity, LGBTI+ inclusion, disability and accessibility, reconciliation and age and generation, as well as the points at which they intersect. Our focus areas are enveloped by our commitment to equity and inclusion, which is embedded into everything we do.

    Allianz NEO is our employee network focusing on gender balance, inclusion and equality. It evolved from women‘s networks across the Group. Because to achieve gender equality, all genders need to be part of the discussion.

  • Carers Connection supports employees with caring responsibilities, inclusive of those caring for children, elderly family members or someone living with chronic illness or disability. Carers Connection allows for an active exchange between colleagues in relatable situations.
