We care for your work-life balance and flexibility, by offering our employees:
- Flexible working arrangement to help you balance life and work
- Up to 4 weeks additional leave through our salary purchasing program, where approved
- 12 weeks paid parental leave, with your choice of either an additional two weeks paid parental leave or two weeks base salary contributed toward your superannuation, following the completion of your probation. Secondary carers are entitled to 4 weeks paid leave (or eight weeks at half pay). Where possible, how and when you take parental leave is determined on an individual basis.
- Access to a range of leave types including carer's leave, grandparental leave, emergency leave, gender affirmation leave and other support if you need it, including career breaks
- Ability to substitute a non-national public holiday in order to observe another recognised religious holiday
