As part of our continuous listening strategy, we survey our people at various times throughout the year, with the intention of capturing as much meaningful feedback from our employees as possible. Employee feedback helps us to understand how our people are thinking and feeling, and forms the basis of the initiatives that guide our action.

It is how we celebrate moments that matter including service milestones, personal life events, customer compliments and great demonstrations of our People Attributes. Appreciate allows our people to give and receive points which can then be redeemed at our online marketplace on a variety of items such as gift cards, technology, home appliances, beauty and fragrances, and more.


Our Aspire Awards are an annual event where we focus not just on what’s been achieved, but on how it’s been achieved. It’s an opportunity to showcase the different role models across our business, who are shaping our future and doing work that makes us all feel proud.
