Join our Workplace Service Delivery department at Allianz Group and be a part of our transformation towards highly automated and standardized approaches for IT operations through code. As a Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of experts in site reliability engineering to improve the end-user experience and productivity by increasing the performance and stability of workplace services.

You will

• Maximize the value of site reliability engineering resulting from the work of the agile team
• Develop a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for the site reliability engineering in workplace services
• Manage the product backlog, including clearly expressing product backlog items, ordering the items, representing the desires of the stakeholders in the product backlog and ensuring that the product backlog is visible
• Align and develop a joint implementation approach for SRE with other areas in Allianz Technology
• Manage dependencies between epics and user stories in alignment with stakeholders
• Ensure that product increments are delivered in high quality and iteratively considering customer and stakeholder feedback thus ensuring continuous product improvement
• Point out and provide solutions for product-related impediments
• Operate within a squad primarily using agile principles and practices, while also applying specific practices from project management

Your skills

• 3+ years of experience working with infrastructure, endpoint monitoring systems and site reliability engineering
• ITIL v4, DevOps or SRE Foundation certification
• Profound knowledge of the customer, market and competitors
• Higher education degree in business administration, change management, economics, IT, or comparable education
• Relevant work experience in leadership, management, and/or relevant areas
• Have an Agile mindset
• Fluent in English and German
