We currently have opportunities for Claims Service Officers in our Melbourne office, who will be responsible for ensuring that we meet the expectation of our internal and external Allianz Workers Compensation customers.

 

About the role 

  • Maintaining a constant customer focus by working with customers, team members, and third parties to find solutions consistent with customer needs, business objectives, and relevant legislation
  • Effectively manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, providing high levels of customer service
  • Processing and completing work allocated within required timeframes, ensuring no errors occur
  • Proactively work within a team environment and actively contribute to team goals, assisting other team members, supporting a positive working environment and team morale

 

About you 

  • Extensive experience working with Victorian Workers Compensation Legislation or equivalent
  • Experience and / familiarity with MS Office, ACCtion, Novus and Outlook technology involving data entry
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and ability to deliver high quality services and positive customer experiences
  • Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy, whilst identifying errors and/or inconsistencies
