Job Purpose/ Role
Allianz Consulting is currently looking for a motivated Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Munich team within the Productivity Excellence Practice area.
As a member of Allianz Consulting team, you will work alongside with the top management of Allianz Group’s Entities on cases tha reshape processes, operating models and organization.
You will collaborate on challenging projects increasing your understanding of productivity improvement and transformation problems from diverse perspectives experiencing a steep learning curve both professionally and personally.

Key Responsibilities
In this role you will:
- Own a project module, proposing activities and next steps ensuring achievement of all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder’s management
- Execute high-quality analyses, distilling insights for the Client and translate output of analyses into practical recommendations
- Play a role in the growth of our Productivity Excellence practice through case execution and client development, including client interviews and proposals
- Analyze productivity improvement needs and develop service offering to best serve them across Allianz Entities
Key Requirements/ Skills/ Experience
To be successful in the role you will have:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of previous experience in consulting firms or in leading companies in Insurance topics
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills - must be able to thrive in a hypothesis-based environment
- A combination of strategic and "hands on" implementation and delivery experience
- Excellent time, people, and project management skills
- Self-driven, independent, and autonomous judgement
- Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
- Curiosity, creativity, and ability to propose innovative ideas and framework
- Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
