Specialist_RSA Archer

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Archer development and administration.
• Strong understanding of GRC concepts and processes, including Risk Management, Incident Management, Business Continuity Management and Policy management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), BAFIN and VAIT.
• Proficiency in designing and developing Archer applications, workflows, data feeds, and reports.
• Strong understanding of Archer Access Control configuration and different levels of Access permissions.
• Experience with Archer API and integration with other systems.
• Expertise in Archer Control Panel for server-side administration, including instance management, system configuration, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Archer Expertise: Proficient in Archer development, configuration, and administration including server side.
• GRC Knowledge - Risk Management, Incident Management, Policy Management and Business Continuity Management
• Knowledge of DORA, BAFIN and VAIT (Preferred).
