Welcome to the Unit Trust Administration team! We handle the daily process of distribution operations, which includes processing clients transactions, maintaining client records, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Our team works closely with the sales teams, investors, and various financial institutions to ensure that all administrative tasks are handled smoothly and efficiently.

This role will be based in Taipei. 

What you will do

• Administer onshore funds, including transaction processing, client account opening, and communication with counterparties
• Assist the team head in monitoring daily process effectiveness, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compliance with SOP and regulations
• Act as the independent point of contact for coordinating TA projects and implementations across regions and functions
• Ensure appropriate operating procedures are in place, and that compliance and risk management policies are adhered to in daily operations, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Handle incoming inquiries and resolve outstanding operational issues in a timely manner
• Process ETF fund transactions and perform related tasks
• Participate in projects, system planning, and testing

What you bring

• A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, preferably in business or management
• At least 3 years of experience in onshore/offshore fund operations or relevant fields; experience with ETFs is a plus
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Experience in project planning and implementation is preferred
• Strong logical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• SITE/SICE professional license required
• Highly motivated, dedicated, energetic, and result-oriented attitude
