As the Global Platform Agile Coach, you will support, define and enhance the Organsiational Management (OM) Agile methodology cross team while insuring one way of working and smooth communication.  Working closely with Agile coach & scrum master of each team, you will insure to have one unique and consistent way all OM community (Lob, Testing, Run) are working as well as supporting the transformation of  the agile framework.


in this role you will will insure clear guideline,  monitor as well as support training & communication for new comers but also all OM communities in order to foster one way of working in JIRA cross Teams. Within the Agile Coach community, you will play a major role to define and insure that all parties are aligned and follow unique guideline in regard of the Global Platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support and define Agile Methodology 
  • Analyse and turn adhoc / specific Lob approaches into standardized, repeatable and systemic processes to make sure reporting and steering uniformity as well as to avoid potential oversight and inconsistencies 
  • Ensure the optimization of tools & processes
  • Define and promote JIRA usage and best practices with Project Managers, Testing & RUN Team as well as CPOs in the different Lobs. Facilitate regular meetings across the Lobs to exchange on Project Management and Agile methodologies Best practices to ensure continuous improvement on GP delivery. 
  • Help capture, review and analyse information provided by the Lob PMs as well as through JIRA in order for PM and GP Governance team to make better informed decision making. Review and rationalize the different KPIs relevant for efficient programm steering (planning monitoring, scoping, quality testing, Go-live steps ...). 
  • In collaboration with GP Governance PMO, set-up an internal knowledge base that can be used a Welcome toolkit for new joiners from all OM communities.


Required Experience

  • Experience working within a Project Management Office              
  • You will have strong experience in the Agile methodology and as a coach         
  • Proven ability in Demand Management, Benefit realisation, budget tracking, IT cost management                                            
  • Proven experience in Risk assessment and analysis                        
  • Previous experience in transformation programs; change management trainings   
  • Proven ability to transition, individuals, teams and  organisations            
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, demonstrated at Board level                                           
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills, ability to motivate, delegate, instruct and advise
