What you do:

AIM Quantitative Analysts develop and use quantitative models and methods to solve complex business problems.  Quantitative Analysts may be involved in research projects that involve probability and statistical analyses, Monte Carlo simulation methods and computer programming.  Quantitative Analysts use models to draw conclusions and make recommendations to management regarding strategies.  Quantitative Analysts develop advanced attribution and performance analytics that are used by the team to manage the business.  Quantitative Analysts work with product developers in order to implement quantitative solutions.

What you bring:

  • 2 years’ experience required: quantitative analysis and modeling
  • 3-6 years’ experience preferred: quantitative analysis and modeling
  • Four-year degree required: Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry or technical field
  • Aptitude or proficiency in a major programming language: C, C++, C#, Java, etc.
  • Mathematical requirements (via Academic or Job experience):  multivariate calculus, probability and statistics, linear algebra, differential equations, real analysis
