Automation Test Engineer | Hybrid

The Product Configuration team within the Actuarial department is responsible for the successful implementation of complex calculations in our policy administration system. As an Automation Test Engineer, you will work directly with the product configuration and IT teams to test, implement, and maintain critical processes within the ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance & Annuity Platform) system related to the configuration of insurance/annuity products.

What you do:

• Analyze current suite of applications and products, and focus on establishing solutions for automation design, development, product suite validation strategy, and maintenance.

• Adhere to standards with respect to tools, frameworks, scripting, and versioning techniques as directed by System Test management.

• Help with Automation requirements, test data requirements and design, code coverage reviews, and documentation of technical test limitations; with the ability to map out database validation for Product Configuration setup.

• Contribute to building a robust onsite automation and regression suite and framework, while providing quick, reliable, and easy to interpret script results and reports for Product Configuration leadership.

• Work closely with onsite configuration and system test analysts, including offshore vendor resources, in creating and automating reusable business-level tests that are easy to maintain with underlying feature changes. Ongoing help familiarizing scripts and troubleshooting for Product Configuration team.

What you bring:

• 4+ years’ QTP/UFT or related automation experience required

• Four-year degree required or equivalent experience

• CSTE/CSQA certifications preferred
