You'll be responsible for

• Design and perform pricing and analysis and modeling to inform pricing decisions and recommendations.
• Provide input to the provision of pricing recommendation and insights to internal stakeholders, reflecting competitive and commercial considerations to achieve strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement best practice pricing models, including claims, quote conversation, customer retention and pricing scenarios.
• Monitor the performance of implemented initiatives to support continuous refinement of pricing models.
• Performed the controls outline in their pricing governance framework and ensured adherence to all governance frameworks relevant to the pricing process.

About you 

• Experience in the pricing/actuarial management rules, acquired in the financial services (preferably general insurance) and/or consulting environments.
• Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software databases, reporting and communication tools (Willis Towers Watson pricing software (Emblem, Radar) and SAS, R or Python
• Ability to plan and prioritize effectively, organize tasks, and manage competing resources and demands.
• Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgment and solutions and report accordingly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
