The Internal Audit department´s mission is to provide Allianz Asset Management entities with independent, risk-oriented and objective audit and consulting services to help improve business operations. Reporting to the Global Head of Internal Audit, the Functional Enablement team supports the execution of audit projects in a risk-anticipating audit culture by creating and developing instruments for alignment, planning, implementation, reporting and controlling of audit activities, in cooperation with the Audit Management Team members, other Allianz functions, and audit clients. 

 

You will become a member of the Functional Enablement team, working within the globally operating Internal Audit department at Allianz Asset Management GmbH.


What you will do

 

Supporting the Functional Enablement team in their daily business tasks as well as internal departments projects such:


•    performing quality assurance and plausibility checks; 
•    organizational framework maintenance and development, including internal operational guidance;
•    preparing analyses and conducting research for the Internal Audit Management Team; 
•    preparing Internal Audit reporting documents (e.g. to Executive Boards, Committees and regulators);
•    preparing presentations, with a focus on automated data visualization (Dashboards);
•    configuring and maintaining internal audit channels and platforms (MS TeamsSpaces; Intranet; TeamMate).


What you bring


•    Advanced study period in Business Administration, Economics, or Information Technology
•    Advanced command of English (written and spoken), German is an advantage
•    Solid working knowledge of core Microsoft applications – especially PowerBI, Excel (e.g. Pivot, Vlookup), and PowerPoint
•    Strong team spirit and determination; feeling comfortable in being challenged in a global and multicultural work environment 
•    Ability to carry out assignments in an autonomous, diligent, and timely manner, whilst demonstrating objectivity and rigor
•    Strong data analysis and visualization skills
•    Previous relevant work experience (in internal audit and/or financial services) through internships is considered an advantage
