We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Product Specialist (f/m/d) for our Digital Wealth Management Solutions team aiming to transform the wealth management sector and empower individuals to become knowledgeable investors. 

In this exciting position, you will collaborate with a team of specialists to democratize institutional capabilities and best practices to all investors. This includes asset allocation, portfolio construction, risk management, and ESG considerations, aiding investors in achieving their financial objectives.

This position is based in our Munich office.

What you will do

• Contribute to our company-wide digital growth initiatives and aspirations in partnership with our digital business and technology teams
• Analyze and refine risklab’s digital product strategy in alignment with the company's goals and market trends. This requires performing market research (including fintech companies and robo-advisors), understanding customer needs, and collaboratively setting the product vision and roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and industry experts, to gather and prioritize product requirements. This involves a deep understanding of the quantitative areas of risklab, user feedback, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements 
• Prepare and conduct meetings with prospects, clients and strategic partners including customized analysis around our digital offering and technology aspects
• Collaborate and align with our technology teams on technical aspects to bring our innovative solutions around cloud and API technologies to our clients and partners 
• Invest in a smooth run of our services by collaborating on client materials, documentation and service configurations

What you bring

Required

• University degree in a relevant field (i.e. finance, economics, etc.) or a scientific university degree in e.g. statistics, mathematics, etc. 
• Experience in the asset management industry 
• Good knowledge around financial markets across different asset classes (fixed income, equities, liquid and illiquid alternatives)
• Excellent communication skills with ability to tailor message to audience
• Ability to develop relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities as well as genuine interest in modern technologies
• Ability to efficiently organize around tight deadlines, to deliver high quality, and to present complex matters in an easily digestible format
• Attention to detail and continuous desire to learn
• Open-minded team player, flexible, pro-active, self-reliant, forward thinking, and willing to take responsibility
• Fluent verbal and written skills in German and English are required

Preferred

• Experience in digital wealth management solutions and/or companies
