Job details / role purpose:


  • Develop new business clients (B2B) through effective presentation of company’s value proposition, proposal making, negotiations and deal finalization.
  • Strategize growth of Road Side Assistance (RSA) in diverse sectors and establish it as a key service in the Industry.
  • Development and nurturing of business partners in existing and new markets in order to increase company’s top line fortify the bottom line and enhance the Product Value Proposition.
  • Responsible for defining and monitoring service level agreements and service reports in order to ensure timely interventions which help in maintaining and enhancing account profitability.
  • Develop and execute contact strategy to optimize coverage and opportunity detection.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with customers to gain incremental business through identification of cross sell/up sell opportunities.


Key responsibilities:


  • Deliver annual GWP targets for the LOB/ clients handled
  • Deliver targets on new client acquisition and 100 % renewal of current clients. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Work with all key stakeholders internally to align with client expectations and SLA Delivery. Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Manage client relationship and conduct reviews at the agreed frequency to ensure continued delivery
  • Manage team members and work closely with the retail RSA team to drive client level B2B2C numbers
  • Build relationship with the regional teams of key OE clients and maintain regular interaction with the key regional stakeholders
  • Facilitate launch and growth of any new initiative that may have been assigned to the BD team / identified at the company
  • Enhance functional and domain knowledge through industry interaction /client forums and market monitoring
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.


Profile sought and key requirements:


  • MBA in Marketing
  • Minimum 8 years of Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Profit Centre Management Experience (Preferred Automobile/Insurance Industry)
  • Will need to travel intra and inter city /state
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Excellent communication ,presentation and interpersonal skills
