Job role

 

The Compliance Operations Expert provides support and advice to the Compliance team-members in Allianz Technology SE in establishment, implementation, and maintenance of an effective compliance function for AZ Technology SE and its majority owned affiliates to (i) advise on how to comply with rules and regulations and (ii) prevent and detect illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.

 

What will you do

 

•    Coordination of the activities associated with the global project for the skill development of the Compliance Officers
•    Creating a global training curriculum for Compliance Officers, including technical skills and other personal development opportunities
•    Management of compliance trainings for all employees of Allianz Technology and Allianz Services
•    Global standardization of the hiring process and onboarding of new compliance officers
•    Monitoring the global FTE target and the central budget of the Compliance function of Allianz Technology SE
•    Formalizing, maintaining, and implementing the framework for the tools used by the Compliance function
•    Coordinating the applications and platforms used by the Compliance function globally
•    Enrollment of new entities in the platforms used by the Compliance function globally
•    Coordination and transition to new tools 
•    Monitoring of internal processes and timely start of the impact analysis on the Compliance function of Allianz Technology SE 

 

What you bring

 

•    Defining the types of access to compliance tools – specific to the compliance team
•    Drafting and providing instructions on how to request access for new joiners
•    Carrying out a monitoring / control over the granted accesses 
•    Implementing actions to identify, assess, mitigate, and report compliance risks associated with access and work tools 
•    Promoting a culture of Integrity and Compliance with legal requirements as well as internal processes and rules
•    Documenting and monitoring the processes of the Compliance function as well as providing consultancy and monitoring of process improvement 
•    Preparation of reports with evidence relevant to the activity of the area Compliance at the request of Allianz Technology SE management 
•    Collaboration with key departments within the company to improve work processes and tools
•    Develops the procedures for archiving in electronic format of various compliance documents 
•    Performs other activities outlined by the hierarchical head or by the manager of the organizational entity to which he/she belongs, professionally or related to quality management.

 

You have

 

•    Min. 3-5 years’ experience in compliance or another safeguarding function 
•    A good understanding of process & control design and re-engineering principles
•    Higher education degree in business administration, compliance, audit, management, etc.
•    Good experience in an international/diverse working environment and willing to travel around the globe  
•    Excellent ability to collaboratively challenge across all levels of seniority; competent to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedent
•    Applying analytical thinking, negotiation, and conflict management skills as well as moderation and presentation techniques; team player mentality
•    Very good command of English, and other languages are preferred
