What are you going to do?

You will prepare the next steps of the agile transformation to scale up and increase agile maturity within Allianz Benelux. You participate to the definition of a full set of agile learning content to bring our Allianz Benelux colleagues through the different levels of competency progressively (including workshops) 

You will coach agile teams: 

• Create a high level of Agility awareness among a large number of Allianz colleagues through training on Agile values and principles (Change & Run)
• Set up community-based communication and promotion of the new agile practices in a progressive way
• Be an important participant to the preparation of the next steps in transforming Allianz Benelux in a scaled agile enterprise combined with a continuous increase of agile maturity
• Responsible for coaching of agile teams (all aspects incl. SM, PO, team dynamics, …)
• Responsible for coaching Management to new way of deciding/steering

Do the check:

• You have a strong university background, with minimum 5 years experience in external or internal consulting
• 5 years+ of full lifecycle project management and business process re-engineering and/or IT solution delivery experience, with at least 3 years delivering products or projects in an iterative and incremental environment using agile models.
• Having at least worked on 3 different agile transformations
• Certified in one or more of the following is a plus: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) 
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communications skills on various levels
• You are fluent in Dutch and French speaking and very good English
• Extra: Knowledge of the insurance business
