About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Engineer with a focus on Robotics Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath to join our team at Allianz. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery, management, and optimization of our RPA initiatives, aligning with our strategic objectives. The successful candidate will develop, maintain, and improve our automation infrastructure/services, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate should have extensive experience working within large enterprises, understanding their complexities and requirements. The ideal candidate will be an IT generalist with knowledge spanning the entire technology stack, from network infrastructure to application layers, and will be adept at steering topics end-to-end to ensure cost efficiency and operational reliability.

Your Career

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable RPA solutions using UiPath to meet business needs and performance standards.
• Manage and optimize RPA infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment and integration of RPA solutions.
• Monitor and report on RPA performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and implement RPA management policies, processes, and procedures based on industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of RPA solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, security concepts, and operational requirements.
• Manage the full lifecycle of RPA solutions, from planning and design to deployment and decommissioning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Leverage enterprise knowledge to navigate the complexities of large organizations, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with corporate standards.
• Engage with enterprise architecture teams to align RPA strategies with broader organizational goals and technology roadmaps.
• Act as an IT generalist with knowledge across the entire technology stack, from network infrastructure to application layers.
• Steer topics end-to-end, ensuring the most cost-efficient and operationally reliable solutions are in place.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency without compromising on quality or performance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to enhance RPA capabilities and drive innovation.

Our Requirements

• Proven, hands-on experience in managing RPA projects, with a focus on UiPath.
• Expertise in RPA best practices and methodologies.
• Proficiency in RPA management tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as UiPath Certified Professional, or similar are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in managing the full lifecycle of RPA solutions, including commercial and compliance responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the IT industry.
• Experience in budget management, cost control, and vendor contract negotiations.
• Extensive experience working within large enterprises, understanding their complexities, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and the ability to align RPA strategies with organizational goals.
• Broad knowledge across the entire technology stack, including network infrastructure, servers, storage, databases, middleware, and applications.
• Proven ability to steer topics end-to-end, ensuring cost-efficient and operationally reliable solutions.
• Strong focus on cost optimization and operational efficiency.
