Allianz Holding Eins is driving the Group’s strategy for the Central Europe Region. The regional team sets out the strategic direction, and supports the operating entities (OEs) in the different countries with its implementation. We are acting as binding element between Allianz Group and OEs. The region covers 11 countries in total Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine.

 

Job Purpose/Role

 

As Senior Expert Learning & Development, you will be responsible for the regional sourcing & development strategy. This includes driving the execution of concepts and programs, such as the Regional Talent Program and further developing them. You will work closely with the People & Culture teams in our OEs as well with the regional management, across all functions. Close cooperation with Allianz Group People & Culture teams are crucial. You will ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting deadlines & monitor achievement of objectives and KPIs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and has at the same time the ability to translate strategic concepts into efficient operational processes as well as the ability to take along the experts in our OEs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive succession planning for key roles in the region together with regional leadership; connect talent & development processes with succession planning processes, to ensure stable succession pipelines with a strong focus on diversity
  • Run and further develop regional talent program “Horizon” together with OEs; review talent program landscape within region
  • Coordinate regional mentoring program and Allianz scholarship program and review their fit with the regional sourcing strategy, especially with regards to critical talent segments
  • Considering existing talent/ mentoring etc. programs, define regional sourcing & development strategy especially in context of critical talent segments – jointly with OEs in region
  • If needed, introduce new elements in talent sourcing & development value chain, e.g., graduate program on regional level
  • Further develop & implement regional learning strategy
  • Support local processes in Allianz Holding eins regarding learning and recruiting as needed

 

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree, PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources, ideally in People Sourcing or Development-related areas
  • Strong team skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to develop concepts and also translate them into efficient operational processes.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

 

For this position we offer a yearly gross salary of at least EUR 75.000 gross (full-time basis). Overpay is possible in case of and depending on appropriate experience, qualifications and commitment.
