Allianz Holding Eins is driving the Group’s strategy for the Central Europe Region. The regional team sets out the strategic direction, and supports the operating entities (OEs) in the different countries with its implementation. We are acting as binding element between Allianz Group and OEs. The region covers 11 countries in total Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine.
Job Purpose/Role
As Expert Data&Analytics with focus on Compensation on Benefits, you will support the Regional People and Culture Team Allianz Central Europe in gathering and analyzing of HR data in CE region in order to generate insights and drive our strategic priorities. You will drive the topic of data quality, proposing data quality framework to ensure the availability of relevant data to regional People and Culture Team.
While your focus will be on the area of Compensation and Benefits, you will have a chance to get to know also other areas of HR, such as Learning and Talent Management. You will closely cooperate with Regional People and Culture Team, HR colleagues in AZ CE OEs as well as Allianz Group colleagues. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven person, who can work independently and manage their own projects and tasks. You have strong data background and are passionate about using data to drive business strategy. You should be able to communicate and visualize the outcomes of your analysis to various stakeholders, incl. senior management and have ability to tailor your message to your audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting process of Performance and Compensation Management for Executive population in the region in close collaboration with Regional Head of Reward and Performance. Ensure high data quality and timely inputs from all stakeholders involved in the process in line with respective Allianz policies and processes.
- Strategic and Planning Dialogue for People and Culture: Ensure good data quality of OE input and data analysis for preparation of People and Culture delivery for SD and PD process.
- Explore new tools and practices to enhance efficiency in the Rewards & Performance function (e.g. GenAI, automation) and participate in / lead ad hoc projects, perform independent in-depth analysis and prepare findings for senior management.
- Employee Listening Strategy: Ensure smooth run of annual Allianz Engagement Survey as well as Pulse Checks across the Region and Allianz Holding Eins itself. Closely collaborate with our OEs and management to identify and implement appropriate follow-up actions across all levels.
- Further develop Strategic Workforce Planning across the region, in close collaboration with the OEs as well as with the colleagues from People Sourcing & Development, in order to define and implement appropriate measures especially with regards to critical talent segments.
- Support the colleagues in the regional People & Culture team by setting up an efficient system to track and display the relevant KPIs, including early warning systems for KPIs off track.
- Own, together with AH1 Business Partner, annual HR Metrics process for AH1. Support OEs in annual HR Metrics process to ensure high quality data across the entire region. Identify measures to improve data quality over time where needed.
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in working in Consulting or in Strategy, Finance or HR in a large, multinational Corporate
- Experience in Human Resources, ideally in Compensation&Benefits, is a plus, but not a pre-requisite
- Strong business acumen, affinity to working with numbers and data
- Strong team skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong skills in data analytics and PowerBI
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make informed decisions.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
For this position we offer a yearly gross salary of at least EUR 50.000 gross (full-time basis). Overpay is possible in case of and depending on appropriate experience, qualifications and commitment.
