The employed person will be responsible for:

• implementing an effective compliance management system,
• implementing, enforcing and updating compliance policies (including economic sanctions, counteracting corruption, gifts and entertainment, reporting abuses),
• preparation and implementation of the Compliance Plan,
• monitoring legal changes and ensuring compliance of the Company's activities with the law and internal regulations and assessing the possible impact of any changes in the legal status on the Company's operations;
• proactively advising the Management Board and the Supervisory Board on the compliance of activities with the law;
• identification and assessment of the risk related to non-compliance with legal provisions, internal regulations and standards of conduct adopted by the Company;
• training for employees,
• implementing and maintaining a compliance culture,
• cooperation with the Euler Hermes Group and Allianz.

We expect from the candidate:

• having professional experience necessary to perform and supervise the compliance function (including at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a financial institution),
• preferred legal education,
• knowledge of English at least B.2 level,
• communication skills and teamwork skills,
• very good work organization, ability to prioritize your tasks,
• flexibility and ability to cope with work dynamics,
• Knowledge of MS Office.
