Who will you be joining?
This function is part of Group People & Culture (GPC) at Allianz SE. GPC is responsible for developing and monitoring HR initiatives and measures worldwide and works closely with the Allianz companies in Germany, the various operating entities (OEs) and the boards of management of Allianz in Germany.
This position offers the opportunity to work in the area of employee engagement, to contribute to the global Allianz Engagement Survey (AES) and to help build a holistic employee listening strategy.
The AES is an employee survey in which around 25,000 employees in Germany take part. The aim of the AES is to facilitate management decisions and thus promote cultural change at Allianz.
How can you make an impact?
Support the AES team in their daily work, e.g.
- Prepare meetings and PPT presentations
- Support the reporting of employee surveys
- Analyse and report on open comments using AI
- Help prepare employee surveys and collect employee data
- Prepare documents and records, e.g. questionnaires, general survey information, etc.
- Assist with day-to-day project management tasks
- Quality assurance
Individual Projects and Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for communication with all stakeholders within our surveys
- Redesign and maintenance of the AES intranet site
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, psychology, sociology, communications, human resources, or a related field.
- Fluency in German and good English skills required
- Ideally first work experience through internships or student jobs, preferably in a multinational company
- First experience in project management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- At least basic Microsoft Excel skills, advanced skills preferred
- Experience with data analysis, employee surveys and/or statistics is a strong plus
- SharePoint experience is a plus

- Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well organized, able to drive issues independently, proactive
- Good communication skills
- A keen eye for grammar and expression
- Flexibility in working hours is a plus (possibility to increase hours during busy periods, decrease hours during slow periods)
