In our HR IT department, you will support the team in coordinating the development of our AI assistant app. This assistant aids our employees with administrative tasks such as leave requests and working time corrections. Therefore, you will act as a mediate between team members, teams, and departments.

 

What you do

  • Create Incidents: Identify errors in our development environment, runtime environment, or IT infrastructure, and track their progress.
  • Support SSO Implementation: Coordinate communication with the team responsible for the Identity Provider (IDP) to implement Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Documentation: Create and refine PowerPoint presentations and Word documents to describe our AI assistant's functionalities and architecture.
  • Knowledge Building: Support the development of knowledge about our product.

 

What you bring

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of Gen AI and computer science, proficiency in MS Office.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to understand stakeholders' perspectives and the needs of the business.
  • Proactive and Motivated: A self-starter who is eager to learn and take on new challenges, demonstrating initiative and the drive to contribute meaningfully to the team.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Nice-to-Have: German language skills.
  • You can start at the beginning of February 2025 and are interested in a full-time internship (38 hours/week) for 6 months.
