As an expert you assess the incoming questionnaires on their compliance with the Global Fidelity Rules and you make the pricing offers that are compliant with the global pricing strategy.  You are also the account manager for the existing policies.         
You Follow up of new evolutions in the market of Fraude Insurance and make proposals for product innovation to follow the market in different segments.                    
                 
What you do 
 

  • Do the proper underwriting for all Fidelity demands in the Benelux
  • Receive and analyze the questionnaires from Direct Sales / Brokers / other distribution partners
  • Ask for additional information needed to give  an Risk Based Pricing and an offer compliant  with the Global Fidelity Rules
  • If needed you are the intermediary with the CoC in Germany for non - standard cases
  • Make up the NBI and send it to the proper distribution channel
  • As an expert you remain up to date about the evolutions in the market / give presentations and write content about the subject.
  • You advice and support  sales and brokers on the best offer for the customer
  • Account Manager                
  • Ensure a qualitative follow up of the client’s satisfaction
  • Solve internal administrative issues, such as contract implementation, check-up invoices and payments, 
  • Ensure the renewal / updates of the Fidelity policies and the profitability of the portfolio, in applying the correct rate variation program, in accordance with the Global Fidelity Rules
  • Follow up of the Fidelity portfolio, prepare and share periodic statistics and reporting
  • Take the necessary contacts with local Loss Adjusters and Lawyers, and follow up of claims case, in relation with the Fidelity COC.
  • When needed, meet the clients/brokers to discuss renewal/complaints/technical or administrative issues
  • Give input to marketing for contentgeneration
  • Test and maintain systems and applications.
