This job role for  a technical analyst  in Digital interaction Platform and Operations team which focus on  Implementing   and Promoting  best practices around SecDevOps (Security, Test Automation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Containerization),  building  cloud-native and DevOps enabled scalable solutions to business problems, Managing daily product build and releases , managing CPI (Change, Problem and Incident ) coordination for all customers of Digital Interaction operations , Providing application level support for all customers of Frontend portals, Build Pipeline ,Monitoring all environments and coordinating issues with external vendors , operational improvements, performance analysis , optimization and automation.

Design and Build cloud native solutions for the business, Implementing   and Promoting  best practices around SecDevOps, Continuous integration and continuous delivery, Monitoring, Automation

Qualification, Experience and Skills

 

 

  1. An academic degree in the areas of Engineering or computer science, business informatics or similar professional experience
  2. Around 4-5 years of experience as software developer or DevOps engineer
  3. Fluency in spoken and written English.
  4. Agile mindset & Self learning capability
  5. Been Promoting and establishing Software Craftsmanship
  6. Built, Designed and prototyped cloud-native and DevOps enabled scalable solutions to business problems
  7. To partner with Product Owners to align the roadmap with the technical design and the IT strategy of the Allianz Group
  8. To develop and manage effective collaborative relationships with other departments, groups, peers, and customers (business, security, infrastructure)
  9. To implement and promote best practices around SecDevOps (Security, Test Automation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Containerization)
  10. To drive the digital transformation of the Allianz Group in a community-based approach (meetups, engineering guild)
  11. To collaborate in a solid and deescalating way in taskforce situations
  12. Understanding of building stable and resilient architectures
  13. Deep knowledge in Linux Operating System
  14. Excellent programming (scripting, oops) & logical skills
  15. Thorough knowledge of Web Server architecture and configuration including Virtual Hosting, redirection
  16. Ability to work autonomously and with high engagement
