The primary purpose of this role is to gather, analyse, identify and document requirements for automation opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies, optimize workflows and meet strategic objectives more effectively.
About the role

Conducting process discovery workshops, mapping and analyzing a team's business processes, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to streamline processes, reduce waste, or implement automation or digital solutions.

Identifying innovative methods of dealing with organizational problems and opportunities within the business to eliminate inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and meet business objectives more effectively.

Preparing high-level estimates for business cases, including development estimates and business metric benefits.

Clarifying and translating business requirements into documentation and solution designs using appropriate tools, models, data analysis, process analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.

Supporting the delivery and monitoring of the strategy, framework, and governance across various tools, including UiPath, Power Automate, Task Capture, AIMS+, Co-Pilot, and others as identified, ensuring appropriate key controls are in place to mitigate risks.

Participating in the project life cycle, working closely with a variety of stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood, documented, and delivered on time and in compliance with governance and compliance frameworks.

Supporting the capability uplift across the organization on automation tools, frameworks, and procedures.

Documenting all process improvement initiatives, including data analysis, proposed solutions, implementation steps, results, and ongoing tracking.

Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress to management and stakeholders.
About you
-
Experience of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other relevant process improvement methodologies.

Qualification or experience in technologies with UiPath, AIMS++ (or other OCR Technology), Co-Pilot Studio, Microsoft Power Automate, Celonis process mining, task capture.

Experience of working in a similar analysis focused role for a complex, matrixed general insurance organisation.

The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse team members.

Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.

Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data and complex information, extract meaningful insights and identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
