You'll be responsible for

• Collaborating with Senior Leaders to prioritize and deliver Consumer programs, ensuring effective change management and communication strategies for all initiatives.

• Developing and maintaining a unified project and change management framework to manage and coordinate the Consumer project pipeline and related plans.

• Assessing and managing the impact of changes on frontline teams, ensuring smooth implementation and effective integration of changes.

• Driving team engagement and alignment, ensuring continuous improvement and change management activities support learning, development, and business performance.

• Providing leadership and advocacy to accelerate project delivery, ensuring customer perspectives are central in design decisions and aligning activities across Consumer divisions.

About you

• Previous experience in insurance or financial services will be essential in your success.

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or a related discipline, with strong experience in Contact Centre infrastructure and industry is highly desirable.

• Proven track record in successfully leading and delivering projects within time, budget, and resource constraints, ensuring sustained outcomes.

• Expertise in change management, driving organisational transformation through effective processes, collaboration, and communication.

• Strong financial management skills, with the ability to articulate project costs, financial benefits, and deliver measurable value.

• Highly developed consulting and influencing skills, able to co-create strategies and solutions with senior stakeholders while managing business risks for long-term sustainability.
