This is an opportunity for a 12 month fixed term contract.

About the role

  • Lead project work streams to implement Planning Analytics solutions to analysis, reporting and planning using Agile principles.
  • Deliver solutions using Planning Analytics expertise to document requirements, develop options and manage all associated activities, to resolve Planning Analytics improvements and issues using Agile principles.
  • Development of single source and self-serve Finance data and reporting for both financial and non-financial metrics and outcomes.
  • Design, Develop and Deliver quality and complex data and reporting solutions across the Finance function using Planning and Analytics best practices.
  • Coaches and mentors less experienced colleagues to develop skills and maximise Planning Analytics team productivity.

 

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline with relevant accreditations (Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant or relevant qualification in computer sciences or related fields).
  • Comprehensive understanding of organisational financial frameworks and experience in managing financial analysis and planning systems, providing advice to improve financial performance and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Excellent knowledge of IBM Planning Analtyics functions, trends and technological developments.
  • Highly developed ‘first principle’ problem-solving skills, combined with a curious and creative mindset.
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with IBM Planning Analytics software, functional database, presentation tools.
