You'll be responsible for

  • Lead and collaborate with business stakeholders to develop the strategy for all  One to One marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs.
  • Provide strategic oversight of the One to One marketing programs, utilising segments insights, reporting and analytics to optimise campaign activity, and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into the Allianz Marketing strategies.
  • Lead, influence, integrate and execute campaigns and lifecycle programs within the divisional Portfolio(s) to deliver business and customer objectives.
  • Working with key stakeholders to establish and manage the necessary infrastructure to effectively measure, track and report on campaign performance and effectiveness to business stakeholders, including governance and prioritisation forums.
  • Management of the One to One marketing budgets, including planning, targets and forecasts, tracking, and monthly results reporting across all activity to optimise and increase efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage the build and deployment of 1:1 campaign activity in Adobe / Salesforce campaign automation platforms.

 

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in marketing strategy and marketing execution preferably within Financial Services or Insurance.
  • Extensive experience in data driven marketing and utilising analytics to drive value.
  • Demonstrated experience in agile marketing execution.
  • Salesforce or similar MarTech systems, software, databases, reporting, and communication tools.
  • Strong project, program management, budget and risk management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated commercial focus and acumen, with advanced budget management skills and experience.
  • People leadership skills with proven ability to lead, coach, and empower people to develop marketing capabilities and their potential.
