You'll be responsible for
- Leading the delivery of analytics, insights and reporting, ensuring both customer and commercial outcomes are achieved.
- Acting as a senior business adviser, interpreting data and utilising appropriate analytical techniques to lead the business in effective decision making and accurate reporting.
- Acting as business interface & product owner for data science & data operations teams, ensuring clear pipeline of data science & operations projects prioritised for development and conversely ensuring modelling & data science assets delivered are scaled out across the business and used effectively.
- Coordinating the delivery of insights and reporting across multiple sub teams, ensuring accurate framing of business challenges and consistency in quality, process and delivery
- Continuously simplifying, streamlining and automating data & analytical processes to improve throughput, speed and minimise risk of inaccuracy & error
About you
- Proven ability to plan & lead the delivery of reports, analysis & insights across a broad range of data & analytical functions.
- Expert translation of data into insight, driving change in business processes and decisions, delivering material business impact.
- Proven ability to translate and articulate complex business needs into data analysis plans.
- Previous experience in a role requiring complex data analysis using analytical software tools and techniques.
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options.
- Degree qualified in a STEM or Business field (postgraduate qualifications preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing large analytics teams.
