Reporting into the Head of Transformation-Data, Allianz is recruiting for a Senior Manager Transformation Data Enablement. The primary purpose of this role is to support the strategy, development and implementation of Data Enablement as a framework within the AAL Transformation program. You will engage with the AAL Centre of Excellence (COE) and Divisional Stakeholders to ensure a best-in-class outcome for AAL.

 

You'll be responsible for

 

  • Define, develop and implement the strategy for broad Data Enablement, including Process Mining, Data Governance, Party Data Management, Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Management, within the AAL Transformation program.
  • Ensure the alignment with relevant Centre of Excellence within Allianz Australia, Global CoE and Chapters.
  • Lead the engagement to establish best practice design and implementation of Data Enablement methodologies and practices within the Transformation Division.
  • Provide guidance across the spectrum of design, development and end state analysis on fit-for purpose and best-in-class methods and practices to support a mature data platform for Allianz Australia.
  • Establish standards and guidelines for continuous best-in-class delivery and future proof models.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to drive awareness and alignment on the best practice Data Enablement, ensuring hat Transformation Division is delivering a mature, and targeted platform for divisional customers.
  • Lead and coach team members to develop capability, build high performing, collaborative and engaged teams. 

 

About you

 

  • Extensive experience in the fields of Data Enablement as a leader and an implementor across the design, development and presentation of Data Enablement and related fields – including but not limited to Process Mining, Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Management, Data Governance and Party Data Management.
  • Extensive experience with the establishment of standards and guidelines for best-in-class Data Enablement processes and functions – aligned with divisional strategies.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and technological developments in data enablement and related data concepts and trends.
  • Ability to lead a team of specialists and focus consistent progression towards best-practice and quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrated evidence of being self-motivated, results-orientated and a drive to improve business processes.
  • Demonstrated evidence of ability of partner effectively with business leaders and establish strong professional relationships across the enterprise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact+ influence.
