You'll be responsible for

• Managing inbound calls regarding motor claim recoveries
• Ensuring a timely and effective response to all customer needs
• Reviewing new motor claims, liability and being the initial point of contact
• Engaging with third parties in a respectful manner to gather information
• Adhering to laws relating to debt collection, liability and insurance

About you

• Experience in motor claims and/or debt recovery would be highly desirable
• Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
• Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools 
• High attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
