The primary purpose of this role is to co-ordinate and manage key projects and programs as part of the roadmap of strategic initiatives within the Direct line of business, leading the planning, prioritization, change and implementation of key initiatives to ensure the successful E2E delivery into the frontline teams with our customers at the forefront.

 

About the role

  • Taking a lead role in the development and implementation of one or more initiatives within Direct or CEC, adhering to the Allianz Project Management framework.

  • Ensuring projects and initiatives are being delivered on schedule, consulting on proposed business solutions to ensure desired operational outcomes are being achieved.

  • Partnering with key business stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements and coordinating the Direct or CEC E2E project delivery.

  • Working closely with technology partners (where needed) to deliver according to agreed plans and timelines.

  • Producing E2E plans and managing the delivery of key projects and programs in the Direct space.

  • Being responsible for financial management of your projects and programs.

  • Identifying risks, issues, and dependencies affecting the delivery of project strategies and deploying contingencies to ensure on-time and quality completion of projects.

  • Ensuring strong governance and compliance of project artefacts to meet regulatory and compliance needs.

  • Managing and mitigating risks and coordinating project implementation within the roadmap capacity.

  • Providing mentoring and guidance to Project Integration Specialists and other project support roles in basic Project Management principles.

  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, promoting opportunities for change within systems, frameworks, and processes.

 

About you

  • Demonstrated experience leading or participating in the delivery of desired project or initiative outcomes within financial services will be highly regarded.

  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and delivering in Agile ways of working highly desirable

  • Transformation experience into Contact Centres highly desirable

  • Sound understanding of project governance and project management methodologies.

  •  Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Project Management or Project Support roles.

  • Contemporary knowledge of contact centre operations including workforce planning, quality, telephony, and other contact centre technologies.

  • High organisational and planning skills, together with attention to detail and accuracy while working under pressure.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.

  • Adaptability, flexibility, and preparedness to work in a dynamic environment responding to emerging risks, project challenges and achieve deadlines.
