The role
The primary purpose of this role is to work with key business unit stakeholders, external vendors and project related roles to support and provide administration assistance to projects across the Personal Injury change program.
Main responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor project schedules, resources, and expenditures, while supporting benefits tracking across multiple projects to ensure efficient program management.
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting important actions and decisions, and following up to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Undertake project-specific tasks as needed, assisting in the delivery and management of resources and artefacts related to governance, legal, procurement, risk, and change management.
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of staff, ensuring smooth transitions and effective resource allocation within projects.
- Contribute to improvement initiatives for processes and templates and support senior managers in coordinating stakeholders and management activities across projects and risk/change initiatives.
About you
- Experience providing administrative support in a project environment within a complex, matrixed organisation.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy and has the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact, and influence.
