You'll be responsible for
  • Build and maintain Chatbot and Voicebot using no-code/low-code solutions
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design Chatbot and Voicebot workflows accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and data sources
  • Stay up to date with the latest Chatbot and Voicebot technology trends and assess new solutions for potential implementation
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Chatbot and Voicebots
About you
  • Firsthand experience in building and maintaining Chatbot & Voicebots using no-code/low-code solutions
  • Knowledge of bot workflows and NLP techniques
  • Firsthand experience integrating Chatbot & Voicebots with existing systems and data sources
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
