In the valuation department at the Stuttgart location, we are looking for a full-time intern as soon as possible, initially for a limited period of 6 months.

Within PIMCO Prime, the real estate valuation team is comprehensively responsible for the market value valuation of real estate investments and coordinates the selection and commissioning of external appraisers as well as the acceptance and reporting of market values. The real estate valuation team operates internationally from Stuttgart, Munich and Paris. We provide comprehensive support to Allianz's internal customers and support our third-party customer activities with in-depth valuation know-how.

Tasks

• Support of all team members in the respective subject areas with detailed insight into the various sectors (office, retail, residetial) including independent analyses on that basis 
• Insight into operational real estate valuation of one of Europe's largest institutional real estate portfolios
• High level of personal responsibility for (sub-)projects with insights into real estate valuation analysis and market research, also in interdisciplinary and/or international projects
• Participation in presentations and decision-making documents for internal/external stakeholders in a national and international environment

Requirements/Knowledge/Experience

• Student of economics or a related course of study, ideally related to real estateConfident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and experience in the creation of PowerPoint presentations desired
• Initiative, quick comprehension and a structured and responsible way of working
• Initial experience in real estate-specific investment cash flow models helpful
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
