As (Senior) Manager Accounting Accounting (m/f/d) for real estate investment companies in Germany and abroad you will be part of the PIMCO Prime Real Estate Finance Team in Stuttgart. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and varied tasks and have the scope to design them.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact person for accounting issues in accordance with German commercial law, IFRS and taxes
• Ensuring the accounting and company support of real estate investments via associated companies in Germany and abroad
• Responsibility for IFRS/MVBS reporting to the Allianz SE Group in the context of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Quality assurance of foreign annual financial statements in cooperation with external service providers
• Collaboration in the implementation of corporate law tasks for the real estate investment companies
• Collaboration in the monitoring, control and quality assurance of external service providers for the domestic and foreign real estate holdings with regard to accounting services

Key Requirements/knowledge/experience

• Successfully completed university degree in economics
• Relevant professional experience in the accounting department of an internationally oriented group or an auditing company
• Accounting security according to German commercial law and IFRS
• Extensive knowledge of accounting regulations according to IFRS and German commercial law, ideally supplemented by knowledge of German tax and company law
• Good knowledge of the SAP modules FI and ECCS as well as very good knowledge of MS Office
• We require a very good command of German and English; knowledge of French or other foreign languages is a bonus
• You have strong coordination skills, recognize overarching contexts and enjoy actively promoting overarching topics in cooperation with different departments
• The ability to work in a team, service orientation, a high level of commitment and flexibility are a matter of course for you
• You are a strong communicator, confident and reliable in contact with internal and external business partners at home and abroad
• You work independently, quickly, precisely and in a target-oriented manner
