Solutions Designer - HR (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Solutions Designer to join our team at Allianz Service. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the maintenance and evolution of group solutions, particularly focusing on anti-money laundering and travel management systems. This position requires designing and developing solutions, deploying them effectively, and ensuring seamless operations within an Agile Team. 

This role follows the French Calendar and CET working hours. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and evolution of solutions, managing requests from the Group, engaging with business stakeholders, and handling incident management. 
• Process Improvement: Design and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and align solutions with evolving business needs. 
• Solution Development: Assist in developing robust, scalable solutions tailored to meet business requirements, including managing integration across HR systems. 
• End-to-End Process Management: Oversee end-to-end business processes and functional workflows, ensuring seamless alignment between development and operational teams. 
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Contribute to the testing strategy, ensuring high-quality solutions through functional testing and documentation. 
• Change Management & Communication: Lead communication efforts and change management, adapting messaging to different audiences and providing leadership in guiding transitions. 
• Agile Leadership: Champion Agile methodology, managing project sprints, and ensuring adherence to best practices. 
• Incident Management: Provide support and expertise for handling incidents and requests, ensuring smooth issue resolution. 

Key Skills and Capabilities:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Experience in Solution Design: Proven experience in designing and maintaining solutions. 
• Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodology, including SAFe and Scrum, with practical experience using JIRA and Confluence. 
• API & Architecture: Experience in API design, process modeling, and interpreting architectural schemas. 
• Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership abilities, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of leading workshops and cross-functional teams.
